You can't beat the location of this fantastic property which is situated right off the main street in central Reykjavik. All major attractions, shops and nightlife are within walking distance. The famous church (Hallgrimskirkja) is 2 minutes walk and your closest supermarket (bonus) is right on the corner (30 seconds walk!) If you are renting a car then this apartment is one of the few in town that comes with its own private parking space. Parking in Reykjavik can be difficult, especially during the high season, so your own guaranteed parking spot is very convenient. This spacious 110 square metre apartment has three comfortable bedrooms and a private balcony. Two rooms have king-size beds and a smart TV, and bedroom number 3 has a queen bed. All linens are 100% cotton and each room has black out blinds and blackout curtains ( a strong combination to ensure a restful nights sleep during the bright, summer months) A crib is available upon request. The living area offers the perfect space to unwind with friends and family. My pride and joy is the sofa, which is very comfortable, and big enough for everyone to enjoy. A perfect spot to relax after a long days travel. (If a seventh guest would like to stay they are welcome to stay on the sofa. You are required to notify us of the extra guest and we will provide linen/extra pillows) This living space also boasts a 65" smart TV and surround sound. Prime and Netflix are logged in and ready for you to enjoy. The kitchen, dining room and living room are open plan, with ample space. So you can cook, talk, and enjoy the space together. Essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo and body wash are provided to save you a morning shop trip. If you are looking for a spot that is comfortable, convenient, big enough for all your group, and walkable to all parts of town then this is your place. Let me know if you have any questions!

Treat as your own. 1. In Iceland its custom to take your shoes off at the door. It also keeps the space clean. 2. When leaving we appreciate dishes being put in the dish washer to prevent flies 3. Smoking and vaping are only allowed on balcony 4. Please take out the garbage before you leave, it's on your right hand side when you go out of the main door. 5. Please put recycling into the big bins (separate paper, plastics and bottles) 7. Always leave key in lock box for safety 8. Please enjoy your stay in downtown Rvk and let us know if you need anything ❤️ If guests smoke inside they will be liable for emergency deep cleaning services. at a cost of EUR1000 If the keys are lost, an emergency locksmith will be hired to change the locks. Invoice will be shared and the guest will be required to cover costs. Please leave the keys in the lock box every time you leave the premises for safety.

We had a wonderful stay at Freddie’s place in Reykjavík! Although we were only there for one night before our departure, it was the perfect spot to end our trip. Freddie was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing final night. The location truly couldn’t be better - when you step outside, you’re right on the main street in downtown Reykjavík. It made exploring and grabbing food or last-minute souvenirs incredibly convenient. Overall, a great place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it!

We had a fantastic stay at Freddie's Airbnb in Reykjavík! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do, with easy access to shops (supermarket just across the street), restaurants, and main attractions around the city. The place itself was very nice and clean, exactly as described, and felt comfortable throughout our visit. We were a party of 4 so had lots of space and the place itself had a nice vibe. The private off street parking space was a huge bonus. Freddie was a very friendly and communicative host, always quick to respond and helpful with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Reykjavík!

We really enjoyed our stay in Freddie's apartment. The apartment itself is very spacious and well equipped and was a great place to come back to after a busy day. The beds were very comfortable (including the sofa in the living room). The apartment is in a great location and is a perfect base from which to explore the city. Freddie was a very responsive host and gave us some great recommendations. The parking spot was very handy. We would definitely book again - highly recommended.

The stay was super awesome , conveniently and homey. There are some condiments that allowed to use for our breakfast or simple meals. Its a suitable place for people come in groups. The only downside for the house is there is only 1 bathroom to share. Other than that, its all perfect!
