The best stay ever! The house was spotless and fully stocked with premium appliances and utensils. The entertainment room was a great bonus, and seeing the Northern Lights from the backyard was unforgettable. The host’s communication was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again!

We really enjoyed ouf stay at the cabin. The space is very cozy and spacious. It had everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the separate entertainment unit and glasshouse. The place was clean and tidy. We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

This place is absolutely amazing and the efforts the hosts have put into it makes it an incredible place to stay. Every minute of our stay here has been comfortable and special with astonishing views, luxury comforts and it was a superb jumping off point to see the wonderful island. The property was modern, well equipped and luxurious with astonishing views of the mountains. The property was always warm and cosy but spacious. We also had the opportunity to use the entertainment lodge, sauna and aurora viewing glasshouse and were so grateful they were there. 20 minute drive from Selfoss for all the essentials. Every day whilst we were out and about we commented on how happy we were to be returning to this wonderful place at the end of the day. They were exceptional hosts being both attentive and kind during our stay. We would have no hesitation in staying with them again and hopefully will be able to again one day Thank you for making our stay in Iceland so special!

We wanted to come out to the countryside to switch off and it did exactly that. It’s one of those cabins that feels calm the second you walk in. Big windows, loads of natural light during the day and great views. The layout works well too, enough space to spread out without it feeling oversized or cold. The best part had to be the games room, the kids spent their entire night there while my wife and I enjoyed the peace in the cabin. We even spotted the northern lights and all piled into the greenhouse to watch without being blown away by the wind! I liked that it felt private without being hard to reach. Easy drive from Reykjavík and a good base for exploring during the day, then coming back somewhere quiet in the evening. 10/10.

We booked this cabin last minute and were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, it felt private, peaceful, and really special. And when we walked into the living space the mountain views completely blew us away! The cabin itself is beautifully finished and feels both cosy and high end. The underfloor heating kept everything warm and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The entertainment lodge was such a bonus. The movie theatre was insane! It felt just like a cinema, and after a long day hiking it felt pretty cool watching a movie on the big screen. Also having a separate space meant everyone could relax how they wanted. It’s ideal for families or groups because you can be together without feeling on top of each other. The location is perfect for exploring the Golden Circle, but honestly, we also loved just staying in, using the sauna and soaking up the surroundings. It’s quiet, well maintained, and feels like a proper escape. We would absolutely stay again
