If guests smoke they will be liable for emergency deep cleaning services. at a cost of EUR1000 If the keys are lost, en emergency locksmith will be hired to change the locks. Invoice will be shared and the guest will be required to cover costs. Please leave the keys in the lock box every time you leave the premises for safety.

Perfect location, close to sights, grocery and a bus stop for tour pick ups. One of the few places that has a reserved parking which is great if renting a car. The place is spacious. The kitchen is well equipped that you can cook full meals. Washer and dryer helps too. Best part of all is Freddie. I cannot recommend him enough. Always helpful, quick to respond and just a joy to chat with. Thank you! Will definitely come back in a heartbeat.
